Over the years, we've grown into a trusted partner for individuals and families across Northern New York, providing professional service coordination and care management through Medicaid waiver expert programs.

Owner / Service Coordinator Supervisor/ Service Coordinator
Christina brings over two decades of experience in the medical field, with the past 14 years dedicated to the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) waiver programs. In 2019, with the support of her wife Shannon, Christina co-founded Thornhill Health Managing Services with the mission of delivering personalized care and support to individuals across Northern New York.
She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and education, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Investigations. Christina’s deep compassion and unwavering commitment to others inspired her to pursue a career that fosters meaningful relationships with program participants, guiding them through significant transitions in their lives.
Christina and Shannon have been married since 2019 and are proud parents to four boys: Jamie, Trenton, Camden, and Tristin. Their family life is filled with sports, extracurricular activities, and cherished travel experiences whenever time allows.

Shannon brings over 15 years of diverse nursing experience, with a background spanning developmental disabilities, long-term care, and other specialized fields. She currently serves as a travel nurse under a local contract, which provides flexibility to support her children’s homeschooling—an endeavor she shares with her wife and business partner, Christina.
In addition to her clinical work, Shannon is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong interest in business development. She enjoys the freedom of late-night productivity, quiet mornings with her cats, and actively managing multiple ventures. Outside of work, she finds joy in watching her children participate in sports and engaging them with playful humor.
Guided by a “firm but fair” philosophy, Shannon aspires to become a leading figure in her community by establishing and operating a variety of local businesses.

Carrie Sholette holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Elementary Education, as well as a master’s degree in Reading (N-12). She taught as an AIS Reading teacher in Ogdensburg for 32 years. Carrie is the proud mother of four boys who keep her busy, especially her youngest, who is a junior in high school and enjoys playing soccer and hockey. In her free time, Carrie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her three little dogs.

Tonya Ott is a highly experienced registered nurse (RN) with 20 years of professional nursing expertise. For the past year, she has been employed with Thornhill Health management services, specializing in service coordination and case management. Tonya is committed to providing personalized care and ensuring clients receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
Holding an Associate Degree in Nursing, Tonya combines her extensive clinical knowledge with her passion for helping others. She prides herself on building trusting relationships with clients and finding solutions to meet their unique needs.
Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending time on the water, boating, and cheering on her favorite football team, the Buffalo Bills. Her dedication to both her profession and her personal interests reflects her warm, approachable personality and her ability to connect with people on a meaningful level.

Kathy Sharp serves as the service coordinator for Thornhill Health Services Management, where she helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Kathy studied business at SUNY Canton and nursing at Crouse Irving School of Nursing, and completed advanced coursework in Family in Crisis at Cornell University. Kathy worked in the medical profession and had over 25 years of experience in human services, where she developed a strong foundation in both organizational management and compassionate care. Kathy brings a deep understanding of compassionate care. Kathy is dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, understanding, and client-centered support to every family she works with.
Before joining Thornhill, Kathy built a career dedicated to helping individuals make positive changes in their lives and live safely and comfortably, offering guidance, resources, and personalized care planning. These experiences shaped her approach to work - balancing professionalism with empathy and always striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
After a rewarding career in human services, Kathy retired in September 2024. Retirement has allowed her the wonderful opportunity to spend more time with the people who mean the most to her—her husband of 14 years, her family, and her grandson. She deeply values these moments together and appreciates the simple joys of everyday life. She enjoys vacations with her husband and friends, as well as spending time boating. Being out on the water brings her peace and reminds her to slow down and savor life’s blessings. Retirement has been a time of reflection, gratitude, and new adventures—and she’s embracing each day with a full heart.

Mykailia-Leigh ("Mikki") is a recent graduate with a degree in Healthcare Management and a decade of experience in the healthcare field. Her career is built on a deep passion for helping others, with experience caring for the elderly at United Helpers and supporting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities at Jefferson-St. Lawrence ARC. In her most recent role at Public Partnership LLC, she has focused on home healthcare services. Mikki is also a dedicated mother and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle that includes kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her daughter, fiancée, dogs Ace and Gabby, her horse Joiey horses, and her bird Elliot.
